Our Story
Lumi was founded in New Zealand, born out of the frustration of running a grooming salon with outdated tools. We saw groomers spending more time on admin than on the dogs they love — and we knew technology could fix that.
We built Lumi from the ground up as a modern, all-in-one platform that handles scheduling, payments, client communication, and business insights — so groomers can focus on what they do best.
Today, Lumi serves groomers across New Zealand and beyond. But no matter how much we grow, we stay true to our roots: building software that groomers actually love to use.
